WSB Care-A-Thon, Benefiting Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Special thanks to everyone who tuned in to the 95.5 WSB Care-a-Thon, a 37-hour radio marathon broadcast. WSB donates the airtime to showcase and highlight the Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. During the 37 hours, patients and staff share their stories of hope and inspiration. To date, the 95.5 WSB Care-a-Thon has raised more than $28 million for research, fellowship, and family support services at the Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center.

The 22nd annual 95.5 WSB Care-a-Thon took place Thursday, July 28, starting at 5 a.m., and concluded at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 29. This year, Georgia’s first radio station marks a century of service with a commitment to our community’s future. Centennial Champions are among our top-tier level of 95.5 WSB Care-a-Thon donors, pledging to give $100 a month to the WSB Care-a-Thon benefiting the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center in honor of the 100th anniversary of 95.5 WSB radio.
