Children’s Camps Reopening Summer 2021!

Looking forward to summer plans? Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is excited to announce the reopening of Children’s Camps this summer!

We are so can’t wait to welcome back past campers and are so excited to meet new campers as we return to camp sessions. In collaboration with Camp Twin Lakes, our camps give children the opportunity to have fun, meet others with similar conditions and build confidence. Some of our camps include:

  • Camp Braveheart – overnight camp for children and teens with heart defects and heart transplants
  • Camp Carpe Diem – overnight camp for children and teens with medically controlled epilepsy and other seizure disorders.
  • Camp Courage – overnight camp for children and teens with craniofacial disorders
  • Camp Strong4Life – a series of camp events for children with overweight or obesity and their families

To ensure we maintain safety for our campers and staffers, there will be additional health and safety guidelines in place, including reducing capacity by 50-60%, requiring masking, distancing and handwashing, and more.

For a complete list of camps and dates, please visit www.choa.org/camps. We can’t wait to see you there!
