Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Clinical Employees Score Big with a Trip to the Super Bowl
This Sunday, the Super Bowl will look a little bit different than in years past. While the crowd will be smaller and limited, 7,500 will be fully vaccinated health care workers, the majority of whom are from hospitals or health care systems in the Tampa or central Florida area. This initiative is the NFL’s way to recognize healthcare workers and thank them for their ongoing efforts and dedication throughout the past year and the COVID-19 pandemic. They did stray that local area and some of our very own medical professionals at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta won a trip to the Super Bowl courtesy of The Arthur M. Blank Sports & Entertainment group.
8 Children’s employees are gearing up for this weekend after winning an all-expenses-paid trip to Super Bowl LV. They’re not going alone though, each winner is able to bring a colleague of their choice with them on this trip.
Chief Executive officer, Donna Hyland, said, “We are so thankful to the Atlanta Falcons and entire Arthur M. Blank Family of Businesses for their continued support of Children’s. We can’t think of a better way to recognize all the healthcare heroes who have worked tirelessly over the past year and we hope our team thoroughly enjoys their time in Tampa.”
We are so excited to have Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta proudly represented in the crowd of healthcare workers attending the Super Bowl!
