UGA Miracle Students Prepare for Annual Fundraising Push – Beyond Limits

Every November, UGA Miracle students push themselves to defy the odds and expectations in honor of the patients at Children’s – who do the same. For 48 hours, these students will channel all their energy into raising as many funds as possible for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Appropriately named Beyond Limits, this “Push Day”  is one of the largest of UGA Miracle’s time sensitive fundraising efforts. Last year, they raised $218,337.58, kickstarting much of their campus wide inspiration that led to an overall school year total of more than $1.2 million, which was revealed at their keystone event, Dance Marathon, in early spring.

“Each UGA Miracle student cares so much during this push, and it’s so inspiring to see all 1,500+ members of this organization come together on campus to literally push beyond their limits”, says UGA Miracle alumni, Chase Beeby. “It’s the first day that our organization becomes a family, and you can see the passion grow in each member for the work they are doing to make a difference in our community”.

UGA Miracle directly supports the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center and Rehabilitation Services at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Both programs are crucial to Children’s success as a nationally recognized hospital that helps save and improve lives here in Georgia and beyond.

Consider supporting UGA Miracle Tuesday, November 12 – Thursday, November 14th as they push Beyond Limits to fuel Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s goal of doing everything possible to make anything possible for kids.
