Walmart’s “Registry For Good” supports Children’s Camps

This past March, Walmart rolled out a brand new system to support in-kind product donations called Registry For Good. Registry For Good allows eligible 501©(3) organizations to register for items on Walmart.com that they may be in need of. By creating this registry, these organizations can share these needs with the community around them. Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Camps have taken advantage of this opportunity. Children’s Camps work with regional organizations to provide the optimal camp experience for each and every child, no matter what illness or injury they may be facing. Children’s camps allow kids to meet others with similar conditions, build  confidence and most importantly, have fun! For example,  Camp Braveheart is a camp for children with congenital or acquired heart defects, and Camp No-Limbitations is camp for kids with limb deficiencies or amputations. Camp Braveheart and No Limbitations are just two examples of the many camp experiences Children’s provides. Learn More about Children’s Camps here.

Camp is always in need of  in kind donations, from spare socks to cleaning supplies! If you’d like to give to Children’s Camps in this way or learn more about Walmart’s Registry for Good, click here! Thank you Walmart, for going above and beyond to support your local CMN Hospital in more ways than one.
