Cape Day is Coming!

Save the date for the 8th annual Cape Day, on Friday, October 15th! First introduced in 2014, Cape Day is an annual tradition held in October that encourages the community to honor and celebrate the strong and resilient patients facing illnesses and injuries at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Every day, our patients overcome healthcare obstacles and face challenges that most of us could never imagine. We wear a cape in honor of them.

 How can you get involved?

  • Create a personal fundraising page to enlist friends to purchase a cape or make a donation.
  • Show your support for Children’s in the weeks leading up to Friday, Oct. 15, by sharing videos and phots using the hashtag #CapeDayATL.
  • Wear a cape on Cape Day to show your support of our patients at Children’s.
  • Post your Cape Day photos on social media on Friday, Oct. 15, to show your support for our superhero patients and use the hashtag #CapeDayATL
