Cape Day – NEXT FRIDAY!

Next Friday, October 16th, join us in celebrating Cape Day 2020! First introduced in 2014, Cape Day is an annual tradition held in October that encourages the community to honor and celebrate the superhero patients battling illnesses and injuries at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Every day, our patients overcome healthcare obstacles and face challenges that most of us could never imagine. We wear a cape in honor of them.

Like most things this year, we have come up with ways to participate virtually. It’s not too late for you to join in on the fun. Check out our virtual options below and create your own Cape Day!
• Create a personal fundraising page to enlist friends to purchase a cape or make a donation.
• Show your support for Children’s in the weeks leading up to Friday, Oct. 16, by sharing videos and photos using the hashtag #CapeDayATL.
• Wear a cape on Cape Day to show your support of our patients at Children’s.
• Post your Cape Day photos on social media on Friday, Oct. 16, to show your support for our superhero patients and use the hashtag #CapeDayATL.
