People First, Children Always: Children’s Celebrates Employees with 2022 Spirit Day

Employees throughout Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta proudly put on their green “People First, Children Always” T-shirts as they prepared to celebrate the most festive day of the year at Children’s: Spirit Day!

Spirit Day is a day dedicated to highlighting all of the incredible people who make Children’s such a special place to work, and this year was extra special. As part of the celebration, we officially revealed our People First, Children Always Promise—a recommitment to put employees first in everything we do so they can take care of the kids—and why it’s an important part of the Children’s Story.

Throughout the day, employees joined in on fun activities with co-workers to further the celebrations. From surprise visits with our beloved mascots to team photo opportunities to burgers topped with branded Hope and Will buns at lunch, the Spirit Day festivities brought smiles and filled the halls with feelings of camaraderie, excitement and pride in our Mission.
